We are seeking skilled and safety-focused Forklift Operators for a leading beverage distribution and warehouse operation in the La Vergne, TN area. This is a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where reliable employees have the opportunity to build long-term careers.
Pay & Benefits
- Starting pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour

Equipment Experience Preferred
Candidates should have previous experience operating one or more of the following:
- Reach Truck
- Cherry Picker (Order Picker)
- Sit-Down Forklift
- Electric Pallet Jack
What You'll Do
- Safely operate material handling equipment throughout the warehouse
- Pick, move, stage, load, and unload products
- Build pallets and prepare products for shipment
- Support shipping, receiving, and inventory operations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Accurately complete tasks while meeting productivity expectations
- Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies
Qualifications
- Previous forklift or warehouse equipment experience required
- Experience in a distribution, warehouse, or logistics environment preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, push, and pull for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Dependable attendance and positive work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
