Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour

Schedule: 7am til 330pm or 830am until 5pm plus OT as needed ( Depending on department)

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse training or powered industrial truck training is beneficial.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of warehouse, shipping, receiving, order picking, packing, or distribution experience preferred.
• Receiving experience strongly preferred, including verifying shipments against vendor packing slips and delivery documents.
• Experience using RF scanners for inventory, receiving, and order fulfillment is a plus.
• Shipping, packing, and order pulling experience preferred.
• Cherry picker and forklift experience are helpful but not required; training and certification provided on-site.
• Stable work history and strong attendance record required.

Physical Capabilities

• Must be comfortable working at heights up to 30 feet while operating a cherry picker.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform warehouse duties throughout an 8+ hour shift.
• Ability to safely lift, carry, push, and pull materials as required in a warehouse environment.
• Steel-toe shoes are required.
• Must be able to work overtime as needed.

Job Duties

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against packing slips and purchase orders.
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment accurately and efficiently.
• Use RF scanners to track inventory, process receipts, and fulfill orders.
• Load, unload, move, and store materials throughout the warehouse.
• Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and cherry pickers, following certification and training.
• Perform inventory and stock replenishment activities, including put-away functions.
• Maintain accurate records and enter shipping and receiving information into warehouse systems.
• Follow all safety procedures while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
• Support general warehouse operations and assist in shipping, receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment as needed.

What You Will Do

As a Forklift Operator you will safely operate forklifts to load, unload, transport, stack, and organize materials throughout warehouse and manufacturing operations. You will inspect equipment before use, replenish inventory locations, support shipping and receiving activities, verify product movement, maintain inventory accuracy, and help ensure safe, efficient material handling throughout the facility.
