Location: Oakwood, GA

Pay:

• 1st Shift: $17.50/hour
• 2nd Shift: $18.75/hour

Schedule:

• 4 days on / 4 days off (with 1 additional day offering overtime opportunities)
• Final schedules confirmed by supervisors at start
• 1st Shift (Days) Options: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM or 9:00 AM – 7:30 PM
• 2nd Shift (Nights) Options: 7:30 PM – 6:00 AM or 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM

Job Overview

We are seeking reliable and experienced Forklift Operators / Material Handlers to support warehouse and production operations. This role is responsible for safely transporting materials, supporting production lines, and ensuring timely shipments.

Position Details:

• Loads bakery products accurately and securely into trucks for delivery to our customers.
• Receives incoming goods into building utilizing material handling equipment.
• Verifies the quantities and inspects the quality of the goods being received.
• Fills out all necessary paperwork with the required information for shipment and receiving of goods.
• Contacts Purchasing Coordinator and Foreman for any variances between PO and Bill of Ladings.
• Check product on inbound / outbound to ensure that items and quantities are correct and that there is no damage.
• Notifies Foreman of any discrepancies.
• Hand Stack individual cases weighing 15 lbs to 40 lbs from one pallet to another or onto the floor of a trailer.
• Must complete functions completely and correctly on paperwork or on RF computer units.
• SAP Experience preferred.
• Stand Up Forklift.
• Non-slip shoes required.

Qualifications

• Stand-up and sit-down forklift certification highly preferred (Raymond Brand)
• Previous warehouse or distribution experience
• Basic computer skills (SAP experience is a plus)
• Ability to work flexible schedules and overtime as needed
• Strong attention to safety and detail
