Job Summary
Seeking a reliable Warehouse Specialist I to support warehouse and distribution operations. Responsibilities include order picking, shipping/receiving, inventory, forklift operation, RF scanning, and maintaining a safe, organized work environment.
Job Responsibilities
Pick, stage, palletize, and prepare orders for shipment.
Load/unload trailers and verify shipments.
Operate stand-up forklifts and electric pallet jacks.
Use RF scanners for inventory transactions, put-away, and replenishment.
Maintain inventory and shipping accuracy.
Process parcel shipments, overpack, and consolidate orders.
Complete forklift inspections and basic equipment checks.
Follow safety, GMP, SOP, Lean, and 5S procedures.
Maintain a clean and organized warehouse.
Work overtime as needed.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
1+ year of warehouse/distribution experience.
Current forklift certification; stand-up preferred.
Forklift and/or electric pallet jack experience.
RF scanner experience.
Basic math and communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
Preferred
Oracle Warehouse Management experience.
Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Electric pallet jack certification.
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 80 lbs.
Frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting, and material handling.
Ability to work around warehouse equipment and moving machinery.
