Schedule: Monday - Friday + Saturdays as needed

Forklift Operator Requirements

• 6 months to 1 year of forklift experience (must be within the past 1 year)
• Experience with stand-up side loader forklifts preferred
• Strong safety awareness and attention to detail
• Ability to learn multiple positions and adapt quickly
• Steel-toed boots with metatarsal protection required
• Must be able to work nights.

Job Duties

• Operate a stand-up side loader forklift safely and efficiently
• Move, load, and unload materials accurately
• Maintain a clean and organized work area (including sweeping and general housekeeping)
• Learn and assist in multiple shop positions (crane operation, machine operation, etc.)
• Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
• Inspect equipment and report any issues or hazards
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors

What You Will Do

As a Forklift Operator you will safely operate forklifts to load, unload, transport, stack, and organize materials throughout warehouse and manufacturing operations. You will inspect equipment before use, replenish inventory locations, support shipping and receiving activities, verify product movement, maintain inventory accuracy, and help ensure safe, efficient material handling throughout the facility.

The Forklift Operator supports warehouse operations by safely transporting inventory using forklifts and other powered industrial equipment. This role requires equipment proficiency, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to workplace safety.

A successful Forklift Operator understands warehouse procedures, inventory movement, equipment inspections, and material handling practices while maintaining efficient workflows and accurate product movement. Dependable performance contributes directly to operational success.
