    * Need at least 1 year of experience in warehouse and on a forklift! Candidates will be tested in the interview. Please make sure they are aware and ready to show their Forklift experience.
    Also need basic math skills*

    Freezer: 40 degrees - We have a dry side room temperature and Chilled side
    Steel toe shoes will still be required.

    **Forklift Operator Picking (Stand Up / Sit Down)

    Equipment
    " Crown stand up and sit down forklifts
    " Standard aisle warehouse environment

    Primary Responsibility
    " Order picking using a forklift
    " Productivity goal: 11 lines per hour (bins per hour)
    o This is a target, not an immediate expectation
    o New operators are expected to reach 9 lines per hour within 3 months
    o Recent temporary operators have averaged 5 7 lines per hour

    Secondary / Additional Duties
    While picking is the primary function, operators must be flexible and may be reassigned as needed due to emergencies or staffing shortages. Training will be provided when needed for:
    " Unloading inbound trailers
    " Breaking down mixed pallets
    " Labeling boxes
    " Restacking and organizing product

    Work Environment
    " Operators will work in both areas between:
    o Ambient area: approximately 75 F
    o Chilled area: approximately 40 F
    " Ability to work comfortably and safely in both temperatures is required
    Candidate Qualifications We are seeking experienced forklift operators who are:
    " Comfortable operating stand up and/or sit down Crown forklifts
    " Ready to work
    " Reliable with consistent attendance
    " Willing to learn, cross train, and complete assigned tasks without issue
    " Safety focused and detail oriented
    Common Reasons Candidates Fail the Forklift Test or Interview
    " Little to no actual forklift experience despite claiming experience
    " Inability to:
    o Turn on or properly start the forklift
    o Operate basic controls
    o Demonstrate safe forklift operation
    " Safety concerns due to lack of experience or poor awareness

    Preferred Candidates
    " Proven forklift experience in a warehouse or distribution environment (one to two years' experience)
    " Strong work ethic and positive attitude
    " Flexible team players willing to assist where needed**

    Level II (5-10 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE); JOB DESCRIPTION:
    Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
    " Responsible for safely operating electric powered industrial truck equipped with lifting devices such as forklift or elevating platform to push lift stack or move products or materials by performing the following duties
    " Adheres to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs) that are in effect
    " Positions forks lifting platform or other lifting device under over or around loaded pallets skids boxes products or materials and transports load to designated area
    " Unloads and stacks material by using lifting device
    " Replenishes shelves throughout the facility based on the number on the product by scanning the tag to determine location
    " Positions and weighs pallets " Inventories materials on work floor and stocks the shelves in order to replenish necessary products
    " Loads or unloads materials onto to or off of pallets skids or lifting device. Must be able to document information as per SOP
    " Complies with company policies and procedures and maintains regular work attendance
    " Personal responsibility for following safety rules SOPs and cGMPs guidelines
    " Willingness / capability to cross train/learn job functions in other departments of the facility
    " Performs other duties as assigned " High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
    " Must be licensed to operate lift equipment (Licensing may be through internal or external training)
    " 3 months experience operating High Reach Fork Lift equipment - will be trained and certified in-house
    " High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
    " Prior manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred
    " Ability to write simple correspondence and exercise basic mathematical skills.
    " Must be able to respond to verbal and written instructions in basic English
    " Able to work overtime as the Business requires.
    " Work environment may be exposed to powders chemicals and allergens (peanuts tree nuts milk dairy eggs wheat gluten soy fish and shellfish)

    Physical Demands include but are not limited to the following:
    " Standing for extended periods of time
    " Reaching with arms and hands " Talking and hearing
    " Walking and kneeling
    " Regularly lifting up to 50lbs and occasionally lifting and/or moving up to 70lbs with assistance
    " Able to maneuver pallet jack with load up to 1200 lbs.
    " Close vision distance vision peripheral vision depth perception and ability to adjust focus-
