Job Responsibilities

• Safely operate electric-powered industrial trucks, including stand up and sit down Crown forklifts.
• Order picking with a productivity goal of 11 lines per hour.
• Unload inbound trailers and break down mixed pallets.
• Replenish shelves and organize products throughout the facility.
• Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs).
• Work in both ambient (75°F) and chilled (40°F) environments.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a warehouse setting and forklift operation.
• Licensed to operate lift equipment (internal or external training).
• Basic math skills and ability to write simple correspondence.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs regularly and maneuver pallet jacks with loads up to 1200 lbs.
• High school diploma or GED.

Preferences

• Proven forklift experience in a distribution environment (1-2 years).
• Prior manufacturing or warehouse experience.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Willingness to learn and cross-train in other departments.

Shift: Monday to Friday, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm
