    Description

    We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Forklift Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating a forklift, pick daily orders, receive containers, and maintaining inventory accuracy. The ideal candidate will have experience in shipping and receiving, experience using a scan gun for inventory control, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

    Pay: $17 – $18/hour

    Working hours: 8am-4:30pm

    Responsibilities:

    • Safely operate powered industrial trucks (forklifts)
    • Load, unload, and stage materials
    • Support order picking and warehouse material movement
    • Assist with inventory accuracy
    • Follow all safety procedures and equipment guidelines
    • Maintain an organized and safe workspace

    Qualifications:

    • Previous forklift experience required
    • Strong safety awareness
    • Warehouse or shipping/receiving experience preferred
    • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

    Requirements:

    • Background check required
    • Drug screen and physical required after a conditional offer of employment
    • Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching
    • Strong work ethic and dependable attendance

    While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands or fingers, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand, walk, bend. The employee must regularly lift and/or move objects up to 10 pounds, occasionally lift and/or move objects up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
