Pay: $17.00 - $22.00/Hr. (Based On Exp.)

Summary: Nesco Resource is hiring a Forklift Operator / Film Washer for a temp-to-perm opportunity with a respected manufacturing company in Greece, NY. This position is perfect for candidates with at least one year of forklift experience or interested in learning Forklift Operation who are comfortable working a rotating 12-hour shift schedule that includes both day and overnight shifts.

Shift Schedule (Rotating 3-Week Cycle):

• Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday — 4:00 PM to 4:00 AM

• Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday — 4:00 AM to 4:00 PM

• Week 3: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday — 4:00 PM to 4:00 AM
  Cycle repeats every 3 weeks; occasional overtime required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate forklifts safely to transport, load, and unload materials throughout the facility.

• Support production operations by managing material flow and movement.

• Wash and prep film materials according to operational requirements.

• Maintain accurate records of inventory movement and documentation.

• Collaborate with production and warehouse teams to ensure operational efficiency.

• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and work instructions.

• Perform equipment checks and notify leadership of any mechanical issues.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of forklift operation in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is Preferred.

• Comfortable working 12-hour rotating shifts including overnights and weekends.

• Strong focus on safety, punctuality, and dependability.

• Physically able to work on your feet for long shifts and handle moderate lifting.

• Willingness to support schedule changes or overtime as needed.

• A team-first attitude and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
