TempExperts is seeking a reliable and safety-focused Forklift Operator for a position in Durham, NC. The ideal candidate will have prior forklift operating experience and the ability to safely move, stage, and organize materials in a fast-paced warehouse or manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move, load, unload, and stage materials, products, and inventory.
  
• 
  Transport materials throughout the warehouse or production area while following all safety procedures and company guidelines.
  
• 
  Perform daily equipment inspections and report any safety concerns, maintenance issues, or equipment damage.
  
• 
  Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments accurately and efficiently.
  
• 
  Assist with inventory organization, pallet management, and material movement.
  
• 
  Verify quantities, labels, and product information to ensure accuracy.
  
• 
  Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  
• 
  Follow all OSHA safety standards and workplace procedures.
  
• 
  Work collaboratively with team members to support daily operations.
  
• 
  Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned.
  

Requirements:

• 
  Previous forklift operating experience required.
  
• 
  Ability to safely operate powered industrial equipment.
  
• 
  Forklift certification preferred; company training may be provided.
  
• 
  Warehouse, manufacturing, distribution, or material handling experience preferred.
  
• 
  Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as required.
  
• 
  Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
  
• 
  Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  
• 
  Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
