Forklift Operator

## Overview

We are seeking a skilled Forklift Operator to join our dynamic team in Denver, CO. If you have experience in material handling and a passion for working with heavy materials, particularly lumber, we want to hear from you! In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the efficient movement of materials throughout our facility while adhering to safety protocols.

## Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts to transport heavy materials, including lumber, within the facility.

• Load and unload materials from trucks and storage areas safely and efficiently.

• Inspect forklifts and equipment for safety and maintenance needs before use.

• Maintain accurate records of materials handled and inventory levels.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and timely deliveries.

• Follow all safety guidelines and protocols to promote a safe working environment.

  Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Forklift Operator or in a similar material handling role.

• Strong knowledge of heavy material handling techniques, particularly with lumber.

• Valid forklift operator certification is required.

• Ability to operate various types of forklifts safely and efficiently.

• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety.

• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
