Bilingual Forklift Operator – Shipping & Receiving

BILINGUAL ENGLISH & SPANISH REQUIRED

Pay: $20–$23/hour DOE
Full-Time | 1st, 2nd & 3rd Shifts Available

Looking for a forklift job with steady hours and competitive pay? We’re hiring experienced Bilingual Forklift Operators / Shipping & Receiving Associates for multiple shifts.

Applicants MUST be able to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish. Basic computer skills are also required.

Available Shifts

• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: 3:30 PM – 11:00 PM
• 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Pay: $20–$23/hour, depending on experience

An experienced 3rd Shift Lead is also needed.

What You'll Do

• Safely operate a forklift/hi-lo
• Load and unload trucks
• Receive and put away incoming materials
• Stage and label outbound orders
• Verify incoming and outgoing shipments
• Use barcode scanners and shipping equipment
• Perform basic computer work related to shipping and inventory
• Complete inventory and cycle counts
• Rotate inventory using FIFO procedures
• Maintain an organized and clean warehouse
• Follow OSHA and workplace safety procedures
• Assist with other shipping and receiving duties as needed

Requirements

• Bilingual English/Spanish – REQUIRED
• Forklift/hi-lo experience
• Basic computer skills – REQUIRED
• Shipping & receiving or warehouse experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Comfortable working in a non-temperature-controlled warehouse
• Reliable attendance and attention to detail
• Ability to work safely in a fast-paced warehouse environment

Work Environment

This position works in an active, non-temperature-controlled warehouse.

Employees have access to a breakroom with a refrigerator, microwave, and vending machines. Closed-top water bottles are permitted on the warehouse floor.

Steel-toe shoes or boots and long work pants are required.
