Forklift Operator
Location: Belle Vernon, PA
Pay: $16.00/hour to start
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM–2:30 PM
Employment Type: Full-Time | Evaluation-to-Hire
Overtime: Mandatory OT; extended hours and occasional Saturdays may be required
Position Overview
Integrative Staffing Group is currently recruiting experienced Forklift Operators for a full-time opportunity with a well-established industrial operation in the Belle Vernon area.
The ideal candidate will have previous forklift operating experience, a strong commitment to safety, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Forklift experience is required, and candidates will be asked to complete a forklift operating test as part of the interview process.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate a forklift to move, load, unload, and stage materials.
- Transport materials throughout the facility and designated work areas.
- Load and unload trucks while following proper safety procedures.
- Inspect forklift equipment before operation and report any safety or maintenance concerns.
- Maintain organized work areas and assist with general material handling duties.
- Follow all company safety policies and operating procedures.
- Work effectively as part of a team while maintaining productivity and accuracy.
- Perform additional warehouse and material-handling duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous forklift operating experience required.
- Must be able to successfully complete a forklift skills test during the interview.
- Strong understanding of workplace safety practices.
- Reliable attendance and dependable transportation.
- Ability to work overtime when required.
- Ability to work occasional Saturdays as needed.
- Comfortable working in an industrial/material-handling environment.
- Ability to safely lift and move materials as required by the position.
