Forklift Operators Needed for Immediate Hire!
Location: Richmond and Ashland, VA
Pay Rate: $18.00–$20.00 per hour
Shifts Available: 1st and 2nd shift

We are hiring experienced sit-down and stand up forklift operators along with reach truck and cherry picker / stock picker operators for permanent positions. These roles offer stable schedules, competitive pay, and the opportunity for long-term employment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a forklifts and material handling equipment to transport materials throughout the facility
- Load and unload trucks in compliance with shipping and receiving procedures
- Stage, stack, and store materials in designated warehouse locations
- Pull materials from warehouse and pack and sort items
- Perform shipping and receiving functions
- Follow inventory control processes and material handling guidelines
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Support general warehouse operations as needed
Qualifications:
- Prior forklift experience in a warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing setting
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical job duties throughout the shift
- Strong commitment to safety and workplace procedures
- Reliable attendance and ability to work assigned shift
