Forklift Operator

We currently have 1st and 2nd shift positions available in our Logistics/Order Fulfillment Department and Forklift Operators.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Process daily workload assignments to achieve on-time and complete shipments.Work safely - help to promote a safe work environment.Pick / label / load / stage / inventory / warehouse / tug / dispatch / transguard.Work on sample set-up / returns / parts storage / UPS support as required, meeting customer requirements and expectations.Operate material handling equipment and transport materials in a safe, efficient, and damage-free manner.Perform SAP transactions and maintain other records/documentation.Support and participate in our company's Lean and 5S activities.Assist in training new employees.

QUALIFICATIONS

Valid driver's license requiredForklift certification required or willingness to obtain (company-sponsored certification provided)Ability to work 1st shift hours (6:00 AM - 2:30 PM) or 2nd shift hours (2:30 PM - 11 PM)Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team environmentSelf-motivated with a positive, dependable attitudeFlexibility to cross-train across multiple driving roles and support other departmental needs

PAY SUMMARYThis role typically starts at $18/hour, with consideration for experience or returning team members. 2nd shift includes $2 shift premium. We also offer two performance-based increases in the first year.
