Forklift Operator (1st shift)

We are seeking motivated Stock Handlers to join our dynamic team in Depew, NY.

In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining the efficiency and accuracy of our warehouse operations. Ideal candidates are safety-conscious, detail-oriented, and team players who thrive in a fast-paced environment.
 

Shift & Compensation:

• Pay: $19.25 per hour 

• Standard Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

• Overtime Availability: Must have open flexibility for mandatory overtime as needed, which includes 4:00 AM start times. Excellent earning potential for those looking to maximize weekly hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate reach trucks and sit-down forklifts to handle, receive, and store products.
• Utilize RF scanners to ensure accurate inventory management.
• Repack and palletize products for distribution.
• Store products in designated warehouse locations, ensuring organization and accessibility.
• Follow company safety procedures and policies at all times.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience operating a sit-down forklift.
• Prior experience with a reach truck or cherry picker (order picker) is preferred.
• Proficiency using RF scanners for accurate picking, tracking, and staging.
• Willingness to jump in on packing, repacking, and general warehouse tasks as needed.
