Forklift/Material Operator

Job Duties:
•Uses forklift to load and unload materials, move items around the facility to the correct storage bays following inventory control instructions
•Stacking and organizing goods and empty pallets and checking that loads are secure.
•Daily equipment checks, using an RF scanner, and helping keep the work area clean and safe. Obtain and follow the shipping order or production schedule
•Perform daily forklift equipment checks per OSHA guidelines
•Examine products to verify they meet quality standards

Job Requirements:
•High school diploma or equivalent
•Good math, language, and reading skills
•Basic computer skills and experience with RF scanner gun required
•High degree of attention required to prevent injury and promote a safe work environment
•Complete assignments accurately, safely, and on time
•Maintain a clean and safe work environment
•Forklift certification per OSHA standards
•Clean driving record and valid state driver's license may be required
