What You'll Do
- Safely operate a forklift to transport raw materials, finished products, pallets, and other materials throughout the facility.
- Load and unload trailers and move materials to designated production and storage areas.
- Supply production lines with the materials needed to maintain an efficient workflow.
- Remove finished products and materials from production areas.
- Perform routine inspections of forklift equipment and report any mechanical or safety concerns.
- Follow all forklift operating procedures, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Maintain accurate material movement and inventory information when required.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
- Work closely with production, warehouse, and supervisory teams.
- Perform other material-handling and production-support duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For
- Previous forklift or material-handling experience preferred.
- Manufacturing or automotive experience is helpful but not required.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Strong attention to detail.
