Kelly Services is hiring 25+ Forklift Operators for a large 3PL facility in Chino, CA. Temp-to-Hire opportunities with immediate starts available!

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

Must have 2+ years of recent experience operating BOTH:

• Sit-Down Clamp Forklift
• Electric Pallet Jack

SCHEDULE & PAY

Day Shift: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–3:30 PM | $18/hr

Swing Shift: Monday–Friday | 4:00 PM–12:30 AM | $19/hr

JOB SUMMARY

Safely operate material handling equipment to move, stack, load, and unload products throughout the warehouse. Maintain accuracy, productivity, and compliance with safety procedures.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operate forklifts, clamp, push-pull, and other warehouse equipment
• Complete equipment inspections and follow all safety procedures
• Load, unload, move, and stage products
• Pick and prepare orders for shipment
• Verify product quantities and shipments
• Use RF scanners for inventory management
• Assist with inventory and cycle counts
• Report inventory discrepancies and safety concerns
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and electric pallet jacks to transport materials and products throughout the warehouse.
• Load and unload shipments, ensuring accuracy and safety in the handling of goods.
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals.
• Document inventory movements and assist with stock management as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid forklift certification and experience operating forklifts and electric pallet jacks.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
• Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but not required.
