Pay Rate: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour

Schedule: 1st Shift

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Technical training in electrical systems, electronics, or industrial technology is a plus.
• Ability to read schematics, blueprints, drawings, and work instructions.

Experience Requirements

• Electrical experience required.
• Previous manufacturing, production, assembly, or electronics experience preferred.
• Experience using hand tools, power tools, and basic testing equipment is beneficial.
• Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with wiring, soldering, cable assembly, or electronic component assembly.
• Strong attention to detail and quality inspection skills.
• Basic math and measurement abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn and adapt to changing production needs.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand or sit for extended periods throughout the workday.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 30-40 pounds as required.
• Manual dexterity to handle small components, wiring, and assemblies.
• Good vision, with or without corrective lenses, for detailed assembly and inspection work.
• Ability to wear required PPE and work safely in a manufacturing environment.

Job Duties

• Inspect electrical and electronic components using work instructions, schematics, blueprints, and drawings.
• Perform wiring, soldering, cable assembly, and mechanical assembly tasks.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and basic testing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Inspect completed assemblies for quality, accuracy, and workmanship.
• Follow all safety, quality, and production standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Meet production goals while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Collaborate with team members to support efficient manufacturing operations.

What You Will Do

As a Forklift Driver you will safely operate forklifts to load, unload, transport, stack, and organize materials throughout warehouse and manufacturing operations. You will inspect equipment before use, replenish inventory locations, support shipping and receiving activities, verify product movement, maintain inventory accuracy, and help ensure safe, efficient material handling throughout the facility.

The Forklift Driver supports warehouse operations by safely transporting inventory using forklifts and other powered industrial equipment. This role requires equipment proficiency, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to workplace safety.

A successful Forklift Driver understands warehouse procedures, inventory movement, equipment inspections, and material handling practices while maintaining efficient workflows and accurate product movement. Dependable performance contributes directly to operational success.
