Role Overview
The Forklift Operator works under the supervision of the Warehouse Manager or Warehouse Supervisor, performing essential warehouse operations in a safe, organized, and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Safe forklift operation: Drive standard or high‑reach forklifts, perform lifting, lowering, and maneuvering in tight spaces, and follow all safety regulations.
  • Loading/unloading: Load and unload trucks and pallets, move products to designated storage areas, and stack vertically to maximize space.
  • Inventory management: Use an electronic Warehouse Management System to track and control inventory.
  • Storage & cleanliness: Maintain a safe, orderly storage area and keep assigned zones clean.
  • Product handling: Inspect incoming goods for damage, sort boxes by type, restack, rewrap, and repair pallets as needed.
  • Daily checklists: Complete pre‑trip forklift inspections and maintain daily records.

Shifts & Pay:
  • Shifts: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts available; some roles are 3rd shift (e.g., 9:30 PM – 6:00 AM) 
  • Pay range: $20–$27/hour depending on role and experience.

Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Forklift operation skills (standard or high‑reach; reverse‑steer experience preferred for some positions).
  • High school diploma or GED; some roles require a bachelor’s degree.
  • English proficiency, inventory management skills, and basic math.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment with attention to safety and quality standards.
