We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Forklift Driver/Production Worker to join our team in Medina, OH, 44256. In this dual-role position, you will play a crucial part in our production process while ensuring the safe and efficient operation of forklifts. Responsibilities:
- Operate forklifts to move materials and products safely and efficiently.
- Proficiency using R/F Scanners required
- Assist in the production line by performing various tasks as needed.
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring accurate inventory management.
- Conduct routine inspections of forklifts and report any maintenance needs.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Forklift operator experience is a must.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or production environment is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
- Third shift, 7A - 7P (alternating schedule)
