About the Role:

We are seeking experienced sit-down forklift drivers for a warehouse operation in Tolleson, AZ. This role involves physically demanding tasks such as manually loading and unloading freight, operating sit-down forklifts, and handling goods in a non-climate-controlled environment. Ideal candidates will be reliable team players capable of performing manual tasks and operating forklifts safely and efficiently. Success in this role means maintaining a safe work environment, accurately handling freight, and supporting warehouse organization to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load and unload freight manually according to standard work instructions
• Operate sit-down forklifts to move items efficiently within the warehouse
• Use reach forklifts as needed to support various warehouse tasks
• Handle and lift materials weighing up to 50 lbs unassisted
• Perform physically demanding duties consistently throughout scheduled shifts
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment adhering to safety standards
• Follow all safety protocols and work procedures during daily operations
• Assist with warehouse organization and inventory management as required

Required Qualifications:

• Valid certification for sit-down forklift operation
• Experience operating sit-down forklifts and reach forklifts
• Ability to lift and handle objects up to 50 lbs regularly
• Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in freight handling and warehouse logistics
