Title: Forklift / Clamp Driver - 3rd Shift
Schedule: Monday - Friday | Hours: 12:00 AM - 8:30 AM | ~40 hrs/week
Pay Rate: $18.00/hr + $1.15 Benefit Pay = $19.15/hr Total
Position Summary
We are hiring a dependable, safety-focused Forklift / Clamp Driver to support fast-paced warehouse operations. In this role, you will operate a forklift (including clamp attachment as needed) to move, stage, load/unload, and store product while following all safety and productivity standards.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate a forklift/clamp truck to move, stage, load, and store inventory
- Load and unload freight from trailers/containers (as needed)
- Perform product put-away, staging, and replenishment to assigned warehouse locations
- Complete routine equipment checks and report maintenance/safety concerns immediately
- Follow all site safety rules and operate equipment responsibly at all times
- Assist with general warehouse labor during downtime (lifting, organizing, cleanup, etc.)
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and help meet daily productivity goals
Requirements
- Previous experience operating a forklift in a warehouse environment (clamp experience preferred)
- Ability to perform physical tasks (job tier indicates certified forklift work; lifting may be required)
- Strong attendance and punctuality for the scheduled shift
- Safety-minded with attention to detail in a busy warehouse setting
- Forklift certification/license preferred (or ability to obtain per site requirements)
