Job Description:
Join our dynamic team as a Forklift Driver, where you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse environment. As a key member of our logistics team, you will closely collaborate with the Operations Supervisor to effectively manage workload distribution using our Warehouse Management System (WMS).
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and monitor WMS forecasted workloads for optimal resource utilization.
- Collaborate with the inventory department and on-site staff to address any discrepancies related to daily orders.
- Communicate order changes and updates directly to customers, ensuring transparency and accuracy.
- Maintain and update various Excel spreadsheets and reports as necessary.
- Support the achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs) in safety, quality, sanitation, and maintenance.
- Assist supervisors and warehouse associates in daily operational functions.
