Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour, depending on experience
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 5:00 AM-1:30 PM

Direct Hire Forklift Operatorwith a local manufacturing company. This Forklift Operator position supports shipping and receiving operations by safely loading and unloading large equipment, finished products, and materials. If you have forklift experience and a strong commitment to safety, this is an excellent opportunity to join a growing team.Requirements for the Forklift Operator
- Previous forklift experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, shipping, or receiving environment preferred
- Ability to safely handle large, oversized, or high-value loads
- Ability to read and understand shipping and receiving documents
- Strong attention to safety and detail
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Must be willing to submit to a criminal background check, drug screen, and post-offer physical examination.
Forklift Operator Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment safely and efficiently
- Load and unload equipment, materials, and finished products from semi-trailers
- Position, balance, and secure loads for transportation
- Inspect trailers, docks, forklifts, and loading areas before use
- Verify shipments against shipping and receiving documentation
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance concerns
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow OSHA regulations, company safety procedures, and PPE requirements
- Assist with shipping, receiving, and material-handling duties as needed
