    Description

    Key Responsibilities

    • Assist customers with product selection, technical support, and product usage training for professionals in forestry, natural resources, archaeology, arboriculture, geology, surveying, construction, and related fields.
    • Attend industry conventions, conferences, and trade shows related to natural resources and outdoor professions.
    • Provide recommendations regarding the evaluation and selection of new products.
    • Assist with the development, review, and proofreading of marketing materials.
    • Provide product knowledge and technical support to internal departments as needed.
    • Assist with website-related product categorization and technical support content.

    Required Skills & Experience

    • Bachelor's degree in a natural resource-related field such as Forestry, Wildlife Management, Natural Resources is REQUIRED
    • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and computer skills.
    • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
    • Self-motivated with strong initiative.
    • Excellent driving record.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general office administration functions.

    Additional Information

    This position is based onsite in Jackson, Mississippi, and requires limited overnight travel. This is not a remote position. Standard work hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with additional hours as needed. Competitive compensation and benefits are offered.
