Construction Foreman
Velocity Construction is seeking an experienced and dependable Foreman to join our growing team. We are looking for a motivated leader with experience in concrete, masonry, and general construction who can manage crews, maintain job site efficiency, and ensure high-quality workmanship.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily job site activities
Delegate tasks and manage crew members and subcontractors
Read and interpret plans and layouts
Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule
Communicate with project managers and customers professionally
Maintain quality control and job site cleanliness
Assist with hands-on work
Requirements:
Previous foreman or construction leadership experience preferred
Experience in concrete and masonry is a plus
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
