Responsibilities

• General knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, mechanical, and building-maintenance work.
• Ability to diagnose problems and determine appropriate repair solutions.
• Hands-on experience using common maintenance tools and equipment.
• Strong supervisory, leadership, and team-management abilities.
• Ability to assign work and hold employees accountable for performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent
• At least 2 years of maintenance experience
• Knowledge of heating and air conditioning units, plumbing systems, and electrical systems
