Foreman - Structural Concrete - North / Central AL

The Foreman reports directly tot he General Superintendent and is responsible for managing crews onsite, typically running 1-3 projects at a time. We are currently partnered with a thriving Concrete contractor in Alabama who are in search of a Foreman to join the team and help drive the continued growth of the business.

• Lead daily field operations for concrete construction projects, including foundations, pads, and structural projects
• Supervise, direct, and coordinate crew members and material vendors onsite. This includes carpenters, rod busters, operators, etc.
• Read and interpret project plans, blueprints, and specifications to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Monitor job progress, maintain quality control, and uphold project timelines.
• Enforce safety protocols and company policies across the jobsite.
• Work closely with General Superintendent and Project Manager to address jobsite challenges and document daily activities.
• Mentor and develop less experienced crew members

• Proven knowledge of construction techniques and industry standards.
• Experience leading crews of 5+
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
