We are seeking an experienced Grading Foreman to oversee daily operations and manage crews on heavy civil construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in grading, earthwork, and site operations, with a focus on safety, quality, and project schedules.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee job site safety and ensure compliance with OSHA guidelines.
• Manage daily crew activities, schedules, attendance, and work assignments.
• Coordinate operations based on project priorities, weather, materials, and staffing.
• Train, mentor, and supervise crew members.
• Ensure proper use of construction equipment, tools, and safety gear.
• Maintain quality standards and monitor project budgets and material costs.
• Resolve on-site issues and communicate project updates to supervisors and engineers.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
