    Description

    Key Responsibilities
    • Supervise and coordinate daily activities of construction crews, including carpenters and laborers.
    • Assign tasks, monitor productivity, and ensure work is completed according to project plans and specifications.
    • Promote and enforce job site safety policies and procedures.
    • Communicate project progress, material needs, and workforce requirements to management.
    • Inspect work for quality and compliance with company standards.
    • Train, mentor, and support crew members to improve performance and workmanship.
    • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and project managers to maintain project schedules.
    • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.
    Qualifications
    • Minimum of 3 years of construction trade experience 
    • Previous supervisory or crew leadership experience preferred
    • Experience working as a Carpenter and/or Laborer, with demonstrated ability to lead and supervise field crews.
    • Strong knowledge of construction methods, tools, materials, and safety practices.
    • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
    • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
    Physical Requirements
    • Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform physical labor for extended periods.
    • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
    • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
    Preferred Qualifications
    • OSHA safety training or certification.
    • Experience leading commercial and/or residential construction projects.
    • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
