Pay: $27-$30/hour Job Type: Full-Time

Opportunity Description:

W are seeking an experienced Construction Foreman to lead and support a crew of approximately 4-8 employees on an active construction project in Ellendale, ND. This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who can manage daily production while working alongside the crew and coordinating with the site superintendent and other trades.

The Foreman will help ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project expectations while serving as a key point of contact between the field crew, GC, vendors, and management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support a crew of 4-8 employees.
  • Assign daily work and establish production goals.
  • Coordinate daily activities with the site superintendent.
  • Work hands-on with the crew as needed.
  • Monitor job progress, productivity, and site conditions.
  • Conduct daily Pre-Task Plans and participate in safety meetings.
  • Lead weekly toolbox talks.
  • Maintain tools, equipment, materials, and supplies.
  • Communicate with the GC, other trades, vendors, and management.
  • Complete daily work reports and time documentation.
  • Ensure work areas are clean, organized, and secure.
  • Assist with project logistics and material needs.
  • Support new employee orientation and site requirements.
  • Work approximately 50 hours per week, including overtime as needed.
  • Travel between job sites when required.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of construction supervisory or crew-lead experience.
  • Previous construction industry experience required.
  • OSHA-10 required; OSHA-30 preferred.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to read blueprints and understand site layouts.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to lift at least 30 lbs. and remain on feet for extended periods.
  • Must pass background check and drug screening.
  • Willingness to travel between job sites.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Candidates should have strong leadership skills, construction experience, reliable work history, and the ability to communicate professionally with GCs and other trades.
