    Location: Hybrid GA

    Salary Range: Competitive, based on experience

    Our company is seeking individuals with experience in Foreman / Project Management / Superintendent of heavy commercial/industrial construction to join our team. 

    Required Skills & Qualifications

    • 5-10 years of experience as an Electrical Foreman or Superintendent
    • Construction Management of electrical distribution systems and associated electrical equipment within National and Local Electric Codes; demonstrate knowledge and skills for electrical installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment
    • Utilize blueprints, wiring diagrams, and manufacturers' installation manuals to complete assigned projects
    • Capable of lifting and carrying a minimum of 50 pounds without assistance and prior work experience in heavy commercial/industrial construction
    • Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2 and have a Valid Driver’s License

    • Tiltwall construction experience
    • Cold Storage experience
    • Data Center experience
    • Distribution Center experience
    • Variable Frequency VFD
    • MCC Motor Control
    • 480 Volt
    • NFPA 70 E
    • Bilingual English/Spanish

    Day-to-Day Responsibilities

    • Utilize blueprints, electrical systems, circuits, and plans, blueprints, wiring diagrams, and manufacturers' installation manuals to complete assigned projects
    • Schedule material and equipment to complete assigned projects
    • Remain in compliance with current National and Local Electric Codes
    • Install, maintain, modify, and repair all electrical distribution systems and associated electrical equipment
    • Manage and lead multiple crews
    • Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation
    • Allocate resources for assigned projects
    • Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
    • Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
