Landscaping/Maintenance Foreman – Now Hiring


A commercial Landscaping & Maintenance Company in Eustis is seeking an experienced Foreman to join our team immediately. This role requires strong leadership, hands‑on skills, and the ability to manage daily operations with minimal supervision once trained.


Position Requirements

• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
  
  
• Proficient in truck and trailer operation
  
  
• Ability to operate all routine landscaping and maintenance equipment including mowers, edgers, string trimmers, hedge trimmers, blowers, etc.
  
  
• Strong plant identification and general horticulture knowledge
  
  
• Prior crew leadership experience required. 
  
  
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, etc.)
  
  
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs consistently as part of daily duties
  
  
• Any experience with irrigation systems (operation, troubleshooting, or installation) is a plus but not required
  
  

Job Expectations

• Lead a crew from morning prep through completion of daily maintenance of commercial properties. 
  
  
• Operate efficiently with little to no direction after training
  
  
• Maintain professionalism, safety, and quality standards on all job sites
  
  
• Start time: 7:00 AM daily in Eustis, (Lake County) FL
