A highly respected and established law firm is looking to add a Foreclosure Litigation Attorney to its growing New York team.

This is a great opportunity for an attorney who thrives in litigation and wants to work with a strong team handling sophisticated foreclosure, creditors’ rights, and real estate matters.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage contested foreclosure matters from inception through resolution

• Draft and argue motions, pleadings, briefs, and discovery

• Handle court appearances, conferences, hearings, and depositions

• Develop litigation strategy and maintain direct client communication

• Independently manage cases and deadlines

What They’re Looking For:

• Active New York Bar license

• 3-5 years of foreclosure litigation experience strongly preferred

• Strong writing, research, negotiation, and courtroom skills

• Organized, motivated, and able to confidently manage a caseload
