Job Responsibilities:

Request and follow up for legal documents from courts and clients
Draft legal documents for attorney review including motions and supporting affidavits
Support the Firm Attorneys with general Legal administrative tasks
Review dockets and public records for case progress and filings
Handling Original Documents for redaction & filing with the court
Print Judgment packages to prepare for shipping to the court via FedEx
Print and send requests via FedEx for Municipal Lien Certificates, Mortgage Certificates and Mennonite Notices.
Other duties, as assigned

Job Requirements:

2+ years of experience in a legal support role or administrative position.
Legal experience in the foreclosure field is desired
Ability to work in high volume, fast passed environment
Ability and willingness to assist other teams, when needed
Ability to maintain accuracy, be detail-orientated and highly productive
PC proficiency, Microsoft Office, Internet Explorer
Ability to communicate professionally, both verbally and in writing
Ability to work both independently and contribute in every aspect to a team environment
Ability to solve problems independently
Must have a Positive attitude

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

8-hour shift and overtime as needed.
Monday to Friday
