    Position Overview:

    As a Ford Service Technician, you will play a crucial role in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of Ford vehicles.     Key Responsibilities:

    - Perform routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
    - Diagnose and repair vehicle issues using advanced diagnostic equipment and software.
    - Conduct comprehensive vehicle inspections to identify potential problems and recommend preventive maintenance.
    - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Ford vehicle systems and technologies.
    - Collaborate with team members and service advisors to ensure timely and accurate repairs.
    - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions and concerns professionally.
    - Uphold safety and quality standards in all work performed.
    - Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used.

    Qualifications:

    - Certification from an accredited automotive technical program or equivalent work experience.
    - ASE certification is preferred but not required.
    - Previous experience with Ford vehicle repair and maintenance is highly desirable.
    - Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
    - Proficiency with diagnostic tools and equipment.
    - Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
    - A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
