Description of the role:
Gwinnett Place Ford is looking to add a Proficient and Efficient Senior Master or Master with the knowledge and expertise that comes with such a high achievement. A technician that can work across multiple specialties and provide a wide range of skills including complex diagnostics and quick turn around times. The Service Technician at Gwinnett Place Ford is responsible for providing high-quality automotive service in a a fast-paced environment. This role requires technical proficiency and the ability to work independently and efficiently to meet customer demands while maintaining an organized schedule.
Responsibilities:
- Ability to diagnose complex customer concerns such as can network concerns and intermittent issues
- Perform routine automotive repairs and diagnostics
- Ensure customer vehicles are serviced and repaired to Ford's standards
- Communicate effectively with advisors regarding service recommendations and vehicle updates
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Provide Video Multi-Point inspections to all customers
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an automotive technician preferred
- Previous experience as a mobile service technician preferred but not required
- Strong technical knowledge and proficiency in automotive repairs and maintenance
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
