Key Responsibilities
- Customer Relations: Greet customers warmly, actively listen to their vehicle concerns, and build lasting relationships.
- Consultative Selling: Inspect vehicle history, advise customers on necessary maintenance, and explain the value of recommended repairs.
- Workflow Management: Act as the liaison between the customer and technicians, keeping repair orders accurate and updated.
- CSI Excellence: Maintain high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores by ensuring clear communication and timely vehicle delivery.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: Prior automotive service writing or dealership experience is highly preferred (Ford experience is a major plus).
- Customer Service: Strong background in retail, hospitality, or customer-facing sales roles is required if you lack automotive experience.
- Skills: Excellent communication, basic computer proficiency, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- License: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
