About the Job
Sames Ford is looking for a Ford Certified Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive service and Ford experience. Responsibilities include diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles, while providing accurate and efficient service on assigned repair orders.

Responsibilities
Perform work outlined on repair orders efficiently and accurately
Test-drive vehicles and perform diagnostics using advanced tools and equipment
Diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicle systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning
Communicate with the Service Advisor regarding additional service needs and provide time estimates for repairs
Complete warranty repairs to manufacturer standards
Maintain high-quality workmanship and follow dealership guidelines
Qualifications
2+ years of service technician experience preferred
High school diploma or equivalent required
Ford certification preferred, Ford experience required
B-level skills in diagnostics, electrical, and engine repair
Strong mechanical and troubleshooting abilities
Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
Steady hand, dexterity, and excellent hand-eye coordination
Positive and professional attitude with eagerness to learn
Ability to work well in a team environment
Strong communication and customer service skills
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
