We are looking for a skilled Ford Certified Diesel Technician to join our busy service team. If you specialize in diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing light-duty diesel trucks and take pride in doing the job right, we want to hear from you.

Aggressive pay plans based on Ford factory credentials and experience.

Certification: Ford Certification is required.
Experience: Minimum 1 year of dealership or fleet diesel repair experience preferred.
Driver’s License: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Tools: Must provide own professional tools.
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
Diesel Excellence: Diagnose, maintain, and repair light-duty diesel vehicles to Ford factory standards.
Procedural Precision: Review repair orders, note customer concerns, and plan repair procedures with efficiency.
Safety First: Follow inspection checklists to ensure all critical components and safety systems are thoroughly evaluated.
Quality Control: Road-test vehicles before and after repairs to confirm performance and "Fixed Right First Time" quality.
Detailed Documentation: Accurately record all work performed, warranty items, and parts used on the repair order.
Compliance: Stay current on Ford TSBs and attend manufacturer training programs to maintain elite certification status.
Communication: Maintain clear and professional communication with Service Advisors and customers.
ASE Certification strongly preferred; CDL license is a plus.
Strong diagnostic, problem-solving, and mechanical skills.
High school diploma or equivalent.
