About the role
- A Football Manager supports the daily operations of the Bethel Football program by assisting coaches and student-athletes with practices, games, equipment, and team logistics. Responsibilities include setting up and breaking down practices, managing equipment, preparing game-day materials, maintaining an organized team environment, and completing other duties as assigned. Strong organizational skills, reliability, and the ability to work evenings and weekends during the season are required.

- Ability to multi-task in a busy environment
- Reliable, responsible, and punctual
- Willingness to learn and take direction
Travel: This position does not require travel.
Work Environment:
Indoors and outdoors. Exposure to all weather elements is anticipated (rain, snow, heat, cold etc).
Physical Demands:
Ability to stand outdoors in all weather elements for an extended period of time. Ability to lift and carry 50lbs.
Expected Hours of Work:
Hours as directed by head coach. Expected attendance to practices and games each week, and other duties as assigned. Weekend work for games is a requirement.
