Looking for a full-time opportunity where you can make a difference? We're hiring a Food Service Worker to join a healthcare food service team in Commerce Township!
This temp-to-hire opportunity is a great fit for someone who enjoys working with others, staying active, and helping provide a positive experience for patients and guests.
What You'll Do:
Assist with preparing and portioning food
Set up meal trays and help with meal service
Serve food to patients, guests, or staff as needed
Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
Clean and sanitize work areas
Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
Support the kitchen team during meal periods
What We're Looking For:
Previous food service or kitchen experience preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to stand and stay active throughout the shift
Dependable, hardworking, and ready to be part of a team
A reliable way to get to work
Healthcare Requirements:
Candidates must be able to complete a background check and drug screen and provide the following:
MMR vaccination
Varicella (chickenpox) vaccination
Flu vaccination
Hepatitis B vaccination
TB test
