ResponsibilitiesPrepares and provides the highest quality and safest food possibleFollows standardized recipes and guidelines for cooks to prepare, store, and use foodMaintains labeling and storage of food, equipment, and machineryPerforms washing and cleaning duties to ensure sanitationOperate equipment such as mixers, slicers, kettles, ovens, food grinders, and more QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred.Possesses the ability to read, write, and follow oral and written directions. Ability to perform basic math. Minimum of six months of applicable experience is preferred. On-the-job training will be provided.Serv Safe will be required to obtain within a designated time frame. Fulfill annual continuing education requirements of the department and facility, including departmental meetings, safety education, and mandatory in-services.
