Food Service Worker II/Patient Ambassador, Full Time

One year clerical experience and six months healthcare experience are required. Expertise in customer relations, telephone skills and computer applications.

Responsibilities:

Job Summary

• Oversees all functions related to catered services
• Oversees all functions related to physician dining and lounges
• Proper sanitation Practices
• Responsible for providing relief coverage throughout the department.  Other task and duties as assigned by Leadership.

Qualifications:

Qualifications

• One year clerical experience and six months  healthcare experience are required.  Prefer medical office, insurance, hospital or computer experience. Keyboard skills accurate 30 wpm.  Expertise in customer relations, telephone skills and computer applications.  

Education

• High School Education or equivalent. Working knowledge of Medical Terminology required.

Experience

• Six months clerical and customer service experience required.
• Some computer experience required.
• Medical and insurance experience required.
• Must be able to type a minimum of 30 WPM.
