Position Summary

The Food Service Worker prepares and serves nutritious, family-style meals for residents and staff within Journey Health System's residential programs while maintaining a safe, clean, and organized food service environment. This role is responsible for preparing meals in accordance with approved menus, accommodating dietary restrictions and food allergies, following food safety and sanitation regulations, and ensuring compliance with all applicable state, federal, and Department of Education requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.
  • No prior experience or training required.
