The YWCA of Greater Cleveland is seeking a dedicated and organized Food Service Supervisor to lead our food service operations and help ensure residents and guests receive nutritious, high-quality meals every day. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who enjoys cooking, supervising staff, managing inventory, and creating a welcoming dining experience that supports our mission of empowering women and strengthening families.
As the Food Service Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operation of our food service program, including meal planning, food preparation, inventory management, staff supervision, regulatory compliance, and budget oversight. You will work closely with staff, volunteers, and community partners to ensure meals are prepared safely, efficiently, and with care.
Successful candidates will bring strong organizational skills, a commitment to food safety, and a passion for serving diverse populations.

This is a full-time, exempt position that typically works Monday through Friday. Additional hours may be required to meet operational needs. The role requires standing, walking, bending, lifting up to 25 pounds, and occasional local travel.
