Responsibilities
- Supervise departmental operations including service, food procurement, production, and sanitation.
- Manage and train food service staff, ensuring compliance with standards and regulations.
- Facilitate communication across departments and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
- Oversee vendor relationships and ensure compliance with contracts and standards.
- Develop monthly budgets and manage inventory and procurement processes.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in food service or a related field.
- Minimum of two (2) years in a leadership role.
- ServSafe Manager Certification or equivalent.
Preferences
- Associate's degree in Food Service Management.
- Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) or Dietetic Services Supervisor (DSS) certification.
- Experience with PC-based tools and Microsoft Office applications.
