Cafeteria, Computer Maintenance, Computer Services, Computer Systems, Cook Dishes, Equipment Maintenance/Repair, Federal Laws and Regulations, Food Delivery, Food Services, Loading/Unloading, Sanitation, Service Delivery, Team Player, Waitressing
Duties shall include, but are not limited to:
- Work independently or with others, using good initiative and judgment
- Prepare and/or assist with cooking entree, vegetable, salad and other food items
- Operate a variety of food service equipment, not limited to oven, range, and dish
machine
- Set up cafeteria and serving lines, serve food, apportioning by menu count/restocks
- Fill out daily paperwork and follow Federal Regulations
- Properly handle and store foods
- Apply proper sanitation principles and procedures
- Perform cleaning duties, dish washing, scrub cafeteria tables, clean serving areas
- Load and unload food service delivery van and operate a vehicle
- Operate Point of Service Computer System
- Collects payments by accepting cash or check from customers; making change for cash
customers
- Any other duties assigned by your Supervisor Ability to use good initiative and judgment
